HOt 100 Update #1

So the Hot 100 challenge has been really great. I have some great followers of my blog, thanks to it.

So thank you Steve, for issuing this challenge :)

I really like having goals, challenges, things to work hard for. I may not do the best all the time, but that's okay. And i'm totally okay with that. My weight loss blogging journey has brought so many wonderful and amazing people into my life, and i am incredibly grateful and thankful for that.

Goals:

1) I definitely will be sleeping more- It helps with weight loss, energy, and mood :)--
Well 5 out of the 7 nights this 1st week i've sleep 8-9 hours so yay!
2) I WILL exercise 4-5 times a week, and doing some weights too.--
I've worked out 5 times in the last week. And I've increased my length on the elliptical machine by 2 minutes.
3) Continue to have good foods prepared and cooked, so i'm not tempted to stop for junk food and fast food after clinicals, school, working out, etc.--
This was another success, well mostly. I ate out with my clinical group after we finished another rotation on Wednesday. We went to O'Charley's where i had like 4 of those delicious and amazing bread rolls, potato soap, and chicken pasta. So not on my food plan. But they were sooooo good and yummy. So at least the cheat, was good.
4) Be way more committed to Ideal Protein, follow the plan exactly, to maximize my weight loss!--
I've done great with Ideal Protein this week, I need to keep up the great work, to maximize my weight loss and to help with my fitness. So that i can be the best Brittany that i can be.

Oh yeah, if you're interested in learning more about Ideal Protein please contact me :)

It's so exciting to see how you are meeting your goals! Not only that, but you are completely honest if you fall off track a little, which is fantastic. As long as you remain honest and hold yourself accountable, you will do amazing at this journey.
