Resistance Training: 0/15
Cardio Training: 1/18
Weight Loss: 0/10

1: Blog Every Other Day (15 blogs) (1/15)
2: Drink more water! ( doing great with that!)
3: Have positive self-talk, and not talk myself down when i don't do my best or don't have a weight loss
(This is something that needs daily work, but it's in progress!)
